I met the Williams Family while showing another home I had listed in Madison and became their buyer’s agent shortly after. Our search was centralized in the Madison area and I was excited to show them this beautiful home on a corner lot in Mill Creek Crossing. Sure enough, this was the one. After negotiations and a home inspection that revealed the need for a new roof, the Williams got exactly what they wanted - including a new roof - and closed on April 30, 2007.
